I attended Healing Hands school in Laguna Hills, CA. Since 2014, I have been a licensed massage therapist, specializing in Reiki healing, medical and oncology massage.
​
The main focus around my private practice is injury prevention and improving overall health and
well-being through hands-on therapy. My advanced training and experience allows me to offer medical massage therapy where care is focused on healing injuries, decreasing pain and improving function. Medical massage is an outcome-based massage and includes different techniques and procedures to target specific
medical conditions.

In addition to medical massage, I have a certification in oncology massage. Oncology massage is a comfort-oriented massage therapy based on both compassion and individualized treatment. This is an approach to help people manage their experience with cancer, or help individuals with
a history of it. Light touch and slow, steady movements are used to help the body relax and bring benefits to mind, body and spirit.

To further supplement my practice, I have a degree in Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing. This energy-based therapy supports your body’s natural ability to heal, working with standard medical care. Through no manipulation of tissue, healing energy is transferred through gentle touch of the practitioner to the patient. Benefits of this therapy include deep relaxation, reduced anxiety and stress, improved healing and support for well-being.

I am proud of the level of physical and emotional healing, health and well-being my practice has brought to my patients over the years. I am constantly driven to elevate my practice to enhance the lives of others.
